Lee Renfree. I am a Certified Level 3 and Level 4 Fitness Professional registered with Fitness Australia and I work at the Police and Citizens Youth Club at 179 Inkerman Street, St. Kilda.
My goal is to provide fitness training to people who want to make changes to improve their overall quality of life
by enhancing their agility, mobility, balance, endurance and strength.

I want to help people to change their lives. Specialising in training people over 40, I work closely with my clients to identify their specific health and fitness needs and I develop tailored programs to enhance their quality of life by improving their agility, balance, endurance and strength.
Everyone's needs and goals are different, therefore every programme needs to be considered in line with your goals and tailored accordingly.
I listen, I observe and I create a training regime to suit your goals and needs.
If you would prefer to work out in a class format, I hold classes at the PCYC every Monday and Wednesday.
With several success stories and from personal experience, I create fitness plans that will help you reach your goals. Working with you to keep you on track and motivated, each session will contain a variety of exercises to maintain your interest, keeping you moving and improving your strength, agility, balance and mobility.
From personal experience, I understand that adapting new fitness habits can be challenging. My goal is to change your view of fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain and maintain a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
